Cannot view tickets in app

The primary purpose of a travel app is to view your tickets. Not only does this feature not work, but My Trips is a tiny text link above your account name. Boltbus is wonderfully reliable and affordable, but the app has really gone downhill the last two years. Please make viewing your trip tickets as reliable and visible as the service.


Stopped working

I like bolt but this app completely stopped working. The old layout was much better and actually worked.

Love the ability to travel on a budget or for no more than $20-24, love the number of destinations, yadda yadda... but can we talk about the app? The app, quite frankly, is not very good. It’s clunky, it’s slow, most of the time I do not get what I click on to load (i.e. when I click on “My Trips,” nothing shows in the “Upcoming Trips” even after having purchased a ticket anywhere from 30 minutes prior to 3 hours prior. The former app from 2013-2016 was far superior because I could rely on it to show the info I need it to show without me having to have my email open to give an order number or whatever the ticket agent needs at the pick up point. If there is anyway to revert/bring back some of the older code from the previous app to mitigate these issues, that’d be great.

Crashes (locks up) frequently. Some screen content is cut off, doesn’t fit width to mobile phone screen. Difficult to use.

Every upgrade of this app makes it worse. It’s now almost completely useless. You’re better off pulling up the ticket from your email than trying to retrieve it on here. Don’t bother wasting the space on your phone by downloading it.


Lags every time and page never loads

I’m not sure what’s wrong with my bolt bus app, but it constantly lags. I get a blank orange screen. It’s highly frustrating - especially since I want to use it to scan my tickets.


Where is the RSVP??

On the day of travel, when you log onto the app, the reservation is not there along with the other RSVPs. So you think you didn’t book and might rebook again. The only way to pull up the rsvp on the day of travel on the app is from the confirmation email. Not the best app due to that . Please fix.

Service is consistently reliable and busses are clean. Five stars for service dependability and bus cleanliness. App is not consistent, and does not always scale correctly with iPhone. Surprised no credit card scanning feature. So my three (3) stars is app related. Great frequency of service and all in first paragraph merit a 5. Thank you!


Bus is great, app is garbage

This app used to be fine. I don’t know what they did to it but it’s been getting consistently worse over the years to the point where it’s unusable now.


why can’t i log in?

i type my email address, correctly i type my password, correctly i spam the SIGN IN button.... nothing. Why??????? HELP!
