New app interface is trash – BoltBus Review
Whoever developed the app obviously hasn’t used it themselves. Impossible to find/access my booking for upcoming travel without taking several steps. It looks like they just resized the website to try fitting on a mobile screen (not an actual app), with a much less user friendly experience. The old interface at least allowed you to do this.
Here are some common sense feature requests for whoever the product manager/developer is (and if there isn’t a PM, then hire one):
- Add a “My Reservations” button on home portal that doesn’t require inputting your confirmation #
- Allow to add QR code to Apple Wallet
- Login with Touch ID
- Allow for ticket rebooking through app instead of calling customer service
- Store credit card info on app for easier booking/rebooking
