I’d give it 5 stars if I didn’t have to sign-in everytime I launch the app. That’s just so annoying.
Doesn’t work at all

Cannot purchase ticket through the app because as soon as I choose one ticket, the app shut down. And I cannot update my trip on the app after purchase. As a result, I can never get reward ticket!! Liar BoltBus!! Also, the tracker Never, Never work!! I want to give zero star!

Can’t book a trip. After finding the fare, as I click on the button for making the purchase the app crashes every time. Very frustrating

You can check your points and look up fares, but the app crashes when i try to book. BoltBus is a nice service, wish the app worked better.

The app doesn’t work anymore, I pick a day to travel and and it shows me tickets for that day. I click on it and the app crashes and I have to restart, do it all again, and then crash.

Problems with app as of 2/26/18 1. When you check ‘remember me,’ it doesn’t and you still have to put in login details. 2. Sometimes, your login info is not accepted at all and you can’t open app. 3. The app shuts down after you put in payment info and it says purchase did not go through, but later, you find out the sale did go through, so you end up double-billed. 4. All the same issues are happening on website.
