Passbook issues

I’m a fan of BoltBus, but the app needs serious work. I’ve seen multiple reviews highlight this issue but I will reiterate. The passbook feature through this app does not work. Please fix this.

I cannot access my ticket nor can I get into the app (spinning wheel of doom all the time). Useless. Wishing it did work.


Great app but the add to Apple wallet feature is broken.

My Cart is Broken

This app is lacking features and has no way to improve. I tried booking a ticket and the app crashed when I added it to My Cart. When I click on My Cart - the app crashes so now I have to find a way to book the ticket online. And to even tell them about their broken feature, there's no way to send feedback. I have to come here and write about it. Please gain a sense of business so your customers are happy and can help you grow. Without us, you have no reason to exist.


Apps needs upgrade for iPhone X

Hi, Every time I try to use the app to book a trip (specifically), from my iPhone X, the app crashes... are you guys working on this?


Keeps crashing, no new updates since June

Pops up asking for folks to sign-in every time, even when users select "Remember Me". App effectively loads and displays available route options for users, but when you select to add it to your cart, the app crashes. I haven't been able to use the app to purchase tickets for months, and have to use the mobile/full site in a browser since the app won't allow me to compete the sale. App also seems to not load/update with new dates as routinely as the browser site. One would think a transportation app as big as BoltBus would be updated and monitored for bugs for regularly than every 3-6 months. Updates haven't come to the

I really do appreciate that they have an app and have the best features compared to other travel buses, however, the ‘add to Apple wallet’ feature doesn’t seem to be working for me, and when I tried to book my round-trip on the app it kept crashing.


Booking doesn't work

On this app, I can log into my account to see trips I've already booked via the website and I can see my points, but when I try to book a new trip, the app crashes.
