Keeps crashing

Never got to use the app it keeps crashing one I select the trip I want.

I don’t know what’s happening with BoltBus but they don’t appear to care about their app (or website) anymore. The app crashes when performing its most basic tasks (i.e. booking a ticket and checking schedules). You’ll just frustrate yourself trying, so avoid it. The best option at this point might be booking by phone (ugh) or finding comparable service from Greyhound (their app actually works quite well).

Love BoltBus, but this is by far the worst travel app I’ve used. I get logged out after every use and it consistently crashes when I try to buy a ticket.

I've had this app for well over a year on two different phones now. The settings are easy to navigate and looks clean. My only problem that has been consistent when trying to purchase a ticket is that 75% of the time it has crashed while trying to purchase a ticket, so I've had to book on the computer instead. Hope this resolves at some point.

Bring Apple Passbook compatibility back!!!!

I used to be able to store my passes in Apple Wallet making it very convenient when traveling. Now when I try to do that from the app I just get an error message!! VERY FRUSTRATING! Apple support was no help - they say the app isn’t compatible with Apple Wallet - even though there’s a link right on my mobile ticket to add it. Please fix this! Other than that - pretty good app. Although using TouchID to login would be helpful - since it doesn’t really seem to “remember me”.

Does not give schedule updates. The tracker is unable to track any bus. My bus was cancelled and merged in with the next bus but app is unable to provide any information.

App isn’t amazing but it is decent, and gets the job done efficiently and with out much fuss/extra unnecessary features. I just wish they would update it for iPhone X and fix the compatibility with apple wallet (which was the main perk of using the app).

I will not use any other bus service if bolt is available. I wish they had a Philadelphia<>Washington DC bus. Every other service only thinks about profits where Bolt understands that making their customers happy is profitable.

I love taking Bolt Bus, but this app is not helpful at all. It is glitchy and does not log you in properly. No matter how many times I load my info and check "Remember Me" it says "Label" where my name is supposed to go. Please fix it!
