It’s okay, but...

“Your Blood Journey” isn’t updating for my most recent donation. It’s still showing my donation from last July. I’ve given blood twice since then and yes, I scheduled both appointments using the app. I really enjoyed seeing where My donation was each step of the way. Please fix so this works with all of my donations.

Used to work, now can’t make apptmnt

Used to work fine, now it’s throes an error that “Start date must be current date or later” no matter what option I choose on the appointment calendar options. Clearly a bug. I deleted the app and reinstalled, updated my iOS install, same issue.

Good app, but history tracking is broken

I love the app to schedule appointments and now being able to complete my rapid pass within the app. One downfall of the app is, the blood journey history portion is broken. I receive text messages that my donation has been delivered to a hospital and to download the app to see. Well I can’t see any of my recent trips and the journey that was made. I donate monthly and my children and I are always interested in seeing where it goes. Please fix this portion of the app. Thanks!

After many tries I can schedule my appointment correctly. When I get a text telling me I can now see my blood journey on the app I try and get the message that I do not have a blood journey unless I schedule with the app. That’s the only way I do schedule my appointments! I also only donate platelets so does that mean I don’t get to see my blood journey? I have a team but my appointment doesn’t show up on it. I used the rapid pass in the app for my last appointment and it did work. Fix the “blood journey” portion if you are going to tell us to use it!

I loved the app and ability to schedule and manage donations. Over last several months, donation times are unavailable and app crashes when trying to schedule or manage donations tines. PLEASE fix this!!!!!!!

Have to be 17?

In most states you have to be 17 to donate, but in mine it’s 16. I thought it would be cool to see where my blood goes but because I’m not 17 I can’t make an account at all to see, and there is no option to specify that you live in a state where it’s 16. So because of the majority it leaves me out. They should defiantly fix that
