I like this app because I can schedule appoints and complete the rapid pass in the app. I can keep track of my donations. However, the blood journey section of the app has not been working completely lately. It used to tell you what each step meant and where the blood was sent when it reached step 5.

I love donating my blood. Specially because it has gone to John Hopkins and my girlfriend is getting surgery there in a month. Friendly app easy to use

I like that I can access my donor card and make appointments online. I don't like the useless badges and impact tabs. I don't like that you can't complete your RapidPass through the app with QR code, ready for when you go in to donate. The worst part is that the blood journey is bugged, and I can't see more details of what stage my donation is in.

It’s so easy to find a donation location and keep track of donation availability with this app! I was able to find a platelet donation location as well which I never thought to look for before! You can complete he rapid pass so quickly and make check in super easy. The coolest part I think is the notifications of where your donation is sent...it’s something I didn’t consider before but is definitely heart warming and a huge incentive to continue with regularly scheduled donations!

This is a really good app. I’m 17 years old and just did my first blood donation. I didn’t know my blood type before I did the donation and now I know what it is and what percentage of my race has my blood type.

This makes it so much easier to get an appointment all set up the rapid pass addition is amazing. I love it it makes all my donations a breeze to check into.

I've reported the error message that I keep getting but no response. (kCLErrorDomain error 8) It happens every time, and I can't update my profile. It's using my home address from 20 years ago. I thought this would be great so I don't have to carry Blood Donor card anymore but I not too sure.
No Visibility of Scheduled Appointments

You would a donor app would show you your upcoming scheduled appointments. This should be a basic feature.

It’s a really good app and I just wish that there was a way to see the appointments that you have scheduled that would be very nice.
