Needs help – Blood Donor American Red Cross Review

After many tries I can schedule my appointment correctly. When I get a text telling me I can now see my blood journey on the app I try and get the message that I do not have a blood journey unless I schedule with the app. That’s the only way I do schedule my appointments! I also only donate platelets so does that mean I don’t get to see my blood journey? I have a team but my appointment doesn’t show up on it. I used the rapid pass in the app for my last appointment and it did work. Fix the “blood journey” portion if you are going to tell us to use it!
