A must have for blood donators

Been using this for a few years now. Glad the rapid pass was added. Now I wish a messaging service to the Red Cross email or chat was available. I’d also like to see the implementation of world wide representation on the donation center finder. I’m traveling soon but couldn’t find any places outside the U.S. via the app. I know they exists because I’ve donated there before. Still a great app. Keep up the good work.

I love using this app, makes me wish I could donate more often than allowed. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars is that you can’t complete rapidpass in the app.

Not sure what went wrong, but now my app is impossible to use as the text is now all garbled and I’ve to guess what each click is :(

Love the ease of rescheduling and auto checking in fast pass. Love the information available that tells you the process of donating blood.

After this most recent update I have not been able to log in to the app. I have an existing account but it does not recognize my log in information. When I click the link to reset, as if I’ve forgotten my information, it says my email address is not recognized. Then when I try to sign up as a new user, my email address and log in information is already in use. It’s a cycle, needs to be fixed. Prior to this latest update, I had no problems viewing my information, history, locations to donate, etc.

The fact that I can complete the Rapid Pass on my phone is practical, effective, and simplify the whole donation experience. Love it!
Rescheduling is a pain

This app has some merit, but the method of scheduling and rescheduling appointments is absolutely worthless. Unnecessarily difficult to navigate. This is VERY POOR app design. Boo.

1) Why is it there an availability difference in drives between the website and the app? The app produces a much, much shorter list of results, despite using the exact same search criteria. 2) I was told by a RC worker that fastpass could be used here, this seems to not be the case.
Can’t see upcoming appointments and app regularly crashes.....

This app used to be great. The last 2 updates have made it worse (except rapid pass). Upcoming donation sites are shown but says appointment times are unavailable. When I try to check the donation sites/times the app pauses then crashes. EVERY TIME.... Please fix, this has definitely affect the amount of donations I’ve made.
