What a horrible app. And if this crappy app doesn’t work your fancy speaker is just a paperweight. Ridiculous. I’m buying JBL from now on.

Can’t connect

Have iPhone 11... won’t work through app. Probably just going to return and get a name brand

This may be the worst app I have ever used. It has MAJOR problems doing simple things like connecting to WiFi. It takes forever to show a list of available networks and forever to try to connect and eventually fails after a long wait. Useless.

App won’t pass the Activate Bluetooth screen

It won’t pass from the first screen no matter how you try, it simply won’t go through.

This is a very frustrating and disappointing product. It never connected to Bluetooth so we have to return it. What a horrible representation of what could be a very cool product.

Horrible app - doesn’t work at all. I have my Bluetooth on and connected to the speaker and it says my Bluetooth is not on and won’t let me go any further. Very frustrating.

I wish this speaker could make a way for Spotify to work with Amazon Alexa like it does with the echo and the dot. Also doesn’t make sense why we can’t hook up with the mega boom
