One of the Buggiest Apps I’ve ever used

I’m surprised by the poor quality of this app coming from a company like Logitech. Set up of a single device wasn’t too much of a problem but after adding a second then a third megablast device the app became unstable in its paired connection. When I removed the frost two and tried to add a third device the system wouldn’t connect. Found the device but then failed to connect to WiFi. Other things in the app are sometimes hit and miss as far as stability goes.
Missing key Alexa commands

Since this is a Bluetooth music speaker, you’d think it would have standard Alexa commands to control music on paired devices. I have several Echo devices and regularly use Alexa commands such as pair my device, play Bluetooth, pause, resume, next song, etc. None of these are enabled on the Blast! You must connect to Bluetooth manually and use your iPhone/iPad and control music like on any ‘dumb’ Bluetooth speaker. Very disappointing!
Crashes when I try to connect it to my Echo

As soon as I tap to connect it to my echo this app crashes and can’t finalize the setup. What a joke to pay $250 for an Alexa compatible speaker with an app needed for setup that just crashes - like really?

I spent a lot of money on my Ultimate Ears Mega Boom 3 and I have it on and sitting in front of me and the app keeps saying no device found. When I click help it literally says one sentence of nothing!
Nice graphic, but after that....

Lacks any kind of real logic. No flow to what’s in each of the menu areas. So much potential, but no effort in making the whole interface compelling. Time for a “ Do over”!
The platform for UE megablast is garbage!!!

This is an amazing speaker that you can never connect to and none of your friends or your family can ever connect to you because you have to have the app and it never works it doesn’t connect to your Bluetooth it frustrates you it takes a huge amount of time ...they make it really hard again...great speaker horrible app fire ur app developer and this would be a great product wo the bad app
