Grouping doesn’t work

I purchased multiple speakers with the idea that I could connect them both at the same time as advertised. While I can play music from them individually, the app gets stuck when trying to pair the two of them and it never works.
Unable to update

The app goes into a loop & then errors out when checking for updates. Please fix have iPhone X w current iOS installed. I believe this is keeping me from full functionality of speaker. If I though the reviews stating this glitch... I would not purchased. The speaker has great sound quality... software awful! Stephanie

IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! First it kept saying it found my blast and then lost it. Then every time it would have me click blast the app would shut down. I restarted my phone. Redownloaded the app. And now can’t get my new speaker to get up... how exciting ?? this is ridiculous and return ur speaker don’t even waste your time because you won’t be able to connect it anyways

Compre 2 Megablast con la idea de emparejarlos y poder usarlos juntos, pero lamentablemente muy pocas veces consiguen emparejarse. He reseteado y reconfigurado los altavoces en varias ocasiones, pero siguen sin funcionar. Es frustrante. Si pudiese devolvería hoy mismo los altavoces.

Definitely agree with other reviewers, this app needs a lot of work. Im having issues connecting the speakers to WiFi or even group speakers. I’m down to only use Bluetooth. It’s so disappointing. Can we please get an update???

The app keeps asking me to setup when I do it says failed try again ... after doing it couple of times it says connect to WiFi then it fails and takes me back to setup page

Said my speaker needed to be updated. Made me email myself a link. Clicked on the link and it downloaded a dmg file. On my iOS device. Any way to update my speaker without a laptop? Apparently not. Complete fail. Last time I buy a UE product.

What a pointless app, my phone is connected and playing music yet the app can’t set up/find the speaker...

I recently got the Megablast and it is having a few glitches when pairing two together. A new software update is needed ASAP.
