No connection

The App won’t locate any wifi network that i try and connect my megablast too and that is very disappointing as I was really excited about the Alexa feature. Tried emailing customer support but no response.

Still unhappy.

This is the worst app ever.. it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do. It keeps giving me a error code6 when It’s looking for wifi. I’m deleting this app and I’m taking back my blast that was the only reason I bought this speaker. I’m so disappointed in this company.

Missing all important features

The Blast is the newest UE product but by far the least advanced. I got this speaker instead of any other for 2 reasons: 1, So i can have a music alarm. 2, To listen to music and communicate verbally with the device. I cant do either with the blast. There alarm, timer, and reminder function on the blast and alexa apps is disabled. Listening to music on spotify through alexa is also disabled. It is annoying to know that though they have the ability to enable all these features, they dont while still advertising this as a speaker that should have these basic functions. To UE, will the alarm function be enabled like every other ue product? Let us know soon because im about to return the blast for a better speaker.

First of all I love this speaker but the fact the voice commands don’t work with Apple music is frustrating and I don’t know if it’s just I’m not using the right voice commands but i think this is a major issue that needs to be fixed

I upgraded from megaboom to megablast and i regret it. I should have done my research before doing so. The megablast doesnt have its own app to control it like the megaboom.

I just wanted to let you know that I will be returning the Megablast speaker that I purchased 3 days ago. I will also tell to all of my Facebook friends not to buy this speaker. It is unbelievable that you have removed, among others, the option of turning the speaker on and off through the UE app. It is also disappointing to see that after all the critics and bad reviews you have not fixed the main issues with this app.
