Worst experience ever

First time trying it it unlocked a scooter No where near where I was trying to unlock. I tried to unlock another scooter and it had little or no power. A maintenance person was nearby and he said it was fine, but it was not and wouldn’t go anywhere. Customer assistance is non-existent. No live person to talk to - just repeating digital crap.

This app is designed to trick money out of you. You’re allowed to “preload” money in a way that’s designed to seem like a one time amount, where they don’t store your credit card information and charge you at any time. WRONG. They automatically turn on auto-charge, which will take ungodly amounts of money from your account without any notification. Try for yourself. The entire design is disenguous and I would never used this company again.

Their scooters are slow and always broken. They will steal $20 from you without asking before you even ride, then steal an additional three dollars to “hold your credit card”. Lyft is cheaper, has faster scooters, never steals from you. Bird is TRASH

I have spent a lot of money on riding bird scoots in Georgia, and it was ok, with some minor problems, but anyway. Now the app is working worst! Half of my money spent for nothing, scoot starts, timer starts to count, but acceleration never works! Then I try to stop it but application usually take more then min to figure out... and wastes my money. Application had a huge advantage: apple pay, but it doesn’t worth...

Will not End Ride!

No matter what I did this app would not allow me to end my ride! I made sure my location was on and went to the designated parking zones. Still received a message indicating that the ride could not end. Once it finally ended the scooter I was using remained on for anyone else to grab and ride. I tried to contact support but did not receive a response. I am not sure what will happen now but I will definitely never use this app again!


Two birds slow & won’t end ride.

The first bird I tried took me 10 min to connect (it kept saying connection error), meanwhile my husband is riding around the block so as to enjoy the money he is spending while waiting for me. I did everything their site said to do for connection, still took forever and I had perfect connection for all my other apps (also closed them all after, still slow.) I had to scan the bike 4 times, enter my CC info twice and waited, sometimes timing out, at every point. Finally got going, about 10 min in mine starts slowing down, like really slow, like 5 mph. Full battery. My husband and I switch in case it’s user error. It’s not, we find another one in the park and decide this one was problematic from the start we will get on another one. 3 min it slows and won’t go faster than 7mph. I’m frustrated and over it so we start back to our starting point. It’s going so slow we see another one and try to switch again except now it says connection error and won’t turn the bike or time off. Again I follow all the connection tips. I give up trying to switch and just decide to get closer to start point. Full battery and it’s just going slower and slower, I can walk faster than it’s going so I try to park it. Still won’t let me turn the bike or ride off. I submitted a ticket, nothing. I stayed in the chat, nothing. My husband was doing the same, nothing. It took 20 minutes of waiting and it charging us, and no response on line, and an eventual phone call that we found from google, not their website, to end the ride and get our time back. Just our time, not our money back!! We are putting in another call to get our money back, as there’s no way we will be using this product again, so the refund in a ride is useless, but had to take a break to cool off some. This was awful from start. Don’t give them your time, do not give them your money. Seriously awful from the get go to the end. It’s over and we are still dealing with it.
