Couldn’t figure out how to add additional rides for the family. We had 4 in the fam and we just stood there without been able to add more rides. In the end we just ended up wasting 7 dollars standing there trying to figure it out. Also before we used them, we went to their website for instructions on how to add people, and it was no use because what the website said is not what was happening on the app.

They literally stole my money straight out of my account and when I email support they ignore me and say they solved the problem I mean this is outrageous

Very coni vent I just move to the city of San Diego and I share a car with a friend we both work with different schedules Didn’t know what we were gonna do and than I saw the bird it’s been great ?

THIS APP IS HORIRBBLE . If I could give it negative 10 stars I would . I paid $20 to unlock the scooter , rode for 15 minutes and it wouldn’t let me park it anywhere because I was in a “no ride zone.” Went back to where I originally got it from (irritated that I had to leave my friends and go 15 minutes in the other direction) and it STILL wouldn’t let me park it . No phone support available . The ride wouldn’t end no matter what I did . Only ended after it had drained all my money off of my card . I’m beyond furious with this app and I genuinely wish I could punch the creator in the face .

Just one more company compacting on the every day struggle. I often use bird to make the short trip from work to my bus stop so I can catch the earlier connection. Tonight wasn’t much different, got off at the stop, parked the scooter out of the way, hit “end ride”, took the picture of my scooter when prompted, and got on the bus. Everything went off as usual, or so I thought. Imagine my surprise when I find out the app had made a mistake and continued to charge me for time riding the scooter even though my GPS clearly put me far from it at the time. OK honest mistake right? Just one that is going to cost me $19 for a usually $3 dollar ride! I contacted the company and they had the audacity to offer me $7 of bird credit? Come on! After being a loyal customer with them for months they revealed themselves to be just another scam draining the bottom line. Never going to use bird again. Guess I’m a Lyft man now.

If your goal is to get somewhere for cheap then take an Uber it’s cheaper for anything farther than ten minutes away!!!

So I enjoy the scooters and everything and think everything about Bird is convenient and everything but when I added my PayPal to it all good and dandy but I wish it gave me the option to auto reload because I didn’t use the full 20 dollars but I can’t get whatever I hadn’t used back and would’ve rathered it asked me to auto reload or pay manually again?
