horrendous

Was in downtown Cincinnati and my friends and I thought they would be fun to ride around for a while. On the screen it said it costed 5 dollars for 15 miles. We thought oh ok this seems alright. We drove for about 2 and a half hours and when we checked the payment history it had charged all of us over 100 dollars each. Nowhere did it say it charged you over 40 cents per minute. This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company is a complete scam and is selfish. One of the worst companies ever and wish nothing but the worst for them.
Consistency of scooter parking

Part of the reason I relocated to a high-rise apartment in the downtown area was to be close to my jobs. I enjoy not having to drive all the time. I am super grateful scooters are always and consistently parked in the same spot. The space where they are always parked has helped me be more on time for work and save money. I am super appreciative of this repeat scooter parking. Thanks so much to everyone team member that makes this possible!!!
I live in Brickell Key and the scooter doesn’t read it.

I love this service as I can get around easily, but the parking spaces in my neighborhood does not get picked up by the gps of the service. I always have to walk home and get charged full price.
Biggest ripoff

My wife and I took two very short rides totaling less than .6 miles and about 5 minutes and and got charged $28.85 total. Save yourself some money and take an Uber instead… Or a limo.
