Extra charges

Rdaingeniero

Not happy with the service. A lot of extra charges. I used 2 scooters for around 10min. and end up paying more than $30 dollars. This makes not sense. Be careful

“Unavailable”

CPotterMHT

I’ve had great experiences with scooters in other cities, especially to enjoy nightlife. Bird has the only co tract in my home-city, but literally *every* time I want to ride them, they’re either charging during the night or unavailable due to weather.

Personal Bird Flex

SPBMom

Apparently, it is not ready for prime—time. Bought a Bird Flex for personal use. It come with a simple index card that tells you how to pair the Bird to your phone, but it simply DOES NOT pair. Bird needs to come up with a separate app for people who own the Flex. It makes absolutely no sense to use the same app that is used for renting Birds on the street. At $600 a pop, I expect a better product. Now fix it…

Not happy

M & J's mom

This app is not very user friendly. It wouldn’t show me charged scooters.

BirdFlex unrecognized as "Private Bird", can't scan QR code either

iiKedamono

I purchased a BirdFlex scooter three days ago, and I'm unable to scan the QR code that came with the scooter itself. I also do not see my scooter listed under the "Private Birds" section in the app.

But I wiped out on one super hard scratched up my whole left side. User error.

Terrible

D from DC121

Supposedly fully charged scooter ran out of battery after 3 minutes. And after they’d made me prepay for $20!
