Why the slow acceleration?? Just why?

This used to be my favorite e scooter. I use them everyday and suddenly sometime during 2020 they reduced the acceleration to so less that it’s dangerous sometimes!! Now I avoid this if I have other e scooters available which do not have speed (in compliance with county rules) or acceleration limited

Title says it all. I have found the above to be sub part at best. If you have a problem with either the ride, the scooter, or the app good luck. There's really no good way to get it figured out. And these products have many problems, so..... I haven't had experience with other similar companies, but hopefully they are better than this one. I would try a different brand if you can.

I have a blast on these scooters! It makes me so happy! You can go up to 20 mph on these things and it’s so fun!!!
Not worth it

Don’t use this scooter, much better ones out there. I tried to park my Byrd in all the designated areas after a completing an 8 minute ride. Was told in each area that it wasn’t a designated area even though the map said it was alright for me to park there. I spent 30 more minutes looking for a designated parking spot, even going blocks away from my location looking for a spot. The Byrd finally ran out of battery and I could go home. $3 ride ended up costing me $13. Could have gotten a car for all that was worth.
Good app and service, but...
just tryna enjoy my phone
Too many push notifications and not easy to disable them. I wasn’t able to quickly find how to stop push notifications so instead I deleted the app. Will download when I need again. 3 stars because why be like that?
Overcharged

I scanned the ride and got on it and everything was fine until I stoped the ride to realize that I got overcharged. I emailed them and all they had to say was it was for an automatic payment, which they did not conclude it on the app until I went to check my balance. So I really don’t recommend it. I know it was fun but it is not worth it to the point where they charge you extra
