I Wouldn’t recommend wasting your hard earned money with this company, and there employees are awful.

On our anniversary we thought to try and ride your scooters. You charged me alright but the scooter wouldn’t work. Tried to cancel and park but your app wouldn’t recognize where I parked it was in the correct spot! I tried for 30 minutes to re park take pics and even contact someone for help! To no avail!!! Truly ruined my day, time spent I’ll NEVER get back!! You sit and collect $$ but never set someone on call to help!! I will never be sucked into this again!!! I want my money back, as of now (two hours later) the timer is still on charging my ride!!! I will continue to complain till someone calls me back!!!!

Will not allow sign in, always has bugs and errors. Good luck if this is your only ride in town. Better off walking and not frustrating yourself.
