Not working AT All & 0 customer seevice

How long for someone to answer my concern ?? They bearly answer back App keeps on crashing every week. The app has days it hasnt been working and no one answer my customer service request messages. I have had this app for years. When it works it works BUT half of the time there are issues. Customer service bearly exists and NOW most of the posts are missing my text. And the ones from this week arent even posting

This app has charged me every month and every 6 months despite repeated attempts at canceling.

Attempted to use the auto post feature multiple times (upwards of ten?) and each time it said it failed and asked me to log back in each time it attempted. It never worked so I reached out to customer support via email and the in app support chat that says typically replies within one hour. A month later and I still never received any kind of response. This had the potential to do great things for my business, but I'm sorely disappointed. The lack of response after multiple attempts is sad. Two stars for the concept.

It worked great at first, and was even better when I found out you could connect it to your desktop, but then the QR code for the desktop stopped working and it kept saying to “refresh the page and try again.” Even if you refresh the page, the QR code doesn’t change! That’s not even including the fact that you need to scan the code EVERY TIME you want to use your desktop, even though it says “Keep me signed in.” Misleading star rates. Only putting 2 stars because it works on the most basic of levels.

I downloaded this app and cancelled before the free trial. I have been charged over $100 throughout the year for an app I don’t have. There no way to unsubscribe. Customer service also doesn’t seem exist, they never answer or return e-mails.

i was double charged for a membership that i canceled a year ago! and now i’m reaching out for a refund and their bot is auto replying that they are all away for thanksgiving holiday?! ITS JANUARY 16th?! I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL PRESS CHARGES.

They charged me $55 even when I cancelled the subscription. I have tried to contact them but it’s impossible. They don’t ask ever.
