I used this app for awhile but constantly had issues with re-authorization, so most of the time my posts weren’t posted when they were scheduled. A couple of months ago, I couldn’t even access my dashboard no matter what device I was on, or if it was the website or app. I’ve tried to email multiple times to cancel my service but I’m still being charged and my emails go unanswered. I still can not log into my dashboard to attempt to cancel from there. DO NOT BUY THIS APP.

I have a current and ongoing paid Pro subscription for Bettr and the app will not recognize my account as paid. It logs out and fails to post every post I schedule. I’ve reached out to customer service and keep recieving an automatic response that they are away for thanksgiving. Today’s date is 5/10/20. Hopefully they will be able to resolve these very important issues and refund or credit months of paying for a service that is not useable.

Was great until it wasn’t

I loved this app and recommended it go a lot of my friends. However, it started making me sign into my account over and over. Then, it would glitch and not post my pictures throwing off my entire set up. I set up my photos a month in advance on an everyday basis which really complicated things for me. Tried to reach out to see if someone could help me with the issue but the app wouldn’t allow me to do so.

have been using this platform for posting for a couple of months and have had to reach out to support many times with absolutely no response. tried their in-app support, nothing. emailed them, nothing. I even dmed them on twitter and instagram and no response. It's as if there isn't even anyone running it. The scheduling is great, but the location tag never uploads with the post.

I’ve been using this app for months now, and up to this point it’s been perfect. Everything I’ve wanted in an app like this. But I’ve been trying to reach support for OVER TWO MONTHS only to be given a canned robo response about being out of the office.

Hi I love this app! It’s free and amazing but this morning I woke up to texts from Instagram notifying me that someone from NYC tried logging into my account 3 times! I am from the OC area. Also, my scheduled posts this morning did not launch and that was because a third party hacked this app and got into my account on Bettr! They couldn’t hack my IG though! Thank gosh my IG account is backed up with the 2 way security system! Be safe everyone! I really love this app but after this I cannot risk my business page ???? it’s an amazing app though, but I just can’t risk it!

Started off really happy early 2019. Fast forward, I haven’t been able to get a post to work for nearly 3 months. No replies from support. Automated replies go in circles and are outdated. My guess is this company went out of business and didn’t tell anyone.

Customer support used to respond now they leave ya on read and stay on "Thanksgiving Break" for 4 months. Unacceptable and I absolutely hate this app.

I have been trying to get an ongoing subscription (that I thought I cancelled) suspended after being continuously charged $3 per month. I reached out via email and received an automated message saying to reach out via the app. Did that. No response for many days. When I did get a response finally, they said they were out of the office for Thanksgiving...IN MARCH! Afraid I’m going to have to get in touch with my bank about this because I can’t speak to a real person. I just want it cancelled. Super unhappy.

None of my scheduled posts have worked lately. They all fail. It needs a new update. What’s the point in paying for an app that doesn’t do its job?
