Horrible support, doesn't auto post – Bettr Review

Attempted to use the auto post feature multiple times (upwards of ten?) and each time it said it failed and asked me to log back in each time it attempted. It never worked so I reached out to customer support via email and the in app support chat that says typically replies within one hour. A month later and I still never received any kind of response. This had the potential to do great things for my business, but I'm sorely disappointed. The lack of response after multiple attempts is sad. Two stars for the concept.
