I have been using this app for years, and it’s had its bugs in the past, but when i came back to it it worked well. I upgraded my account to a pro membership on the web and it has not posted to the account directly for months. Additionally, I cannot add any free accounts (NOT ON THE PRO MEMBERSHIP) to my master account. Please fix this.

This app is trash. For the first 20 minutes it wouldn’t let me add my second Instagram account. Once I figured that out then I started to schedule my posts, it kept logging me out my accounts. Did that for another 20 minutes. Finally I have my grid down and am now ready to schedule posts, I go to save the captions which I had no problem with. But when I go to use the said saved captions IT DOESNT WORK so I end up having to type them over and over again or go out of the post I’m scheduling just so I can go to a post I already scheduled and copy/paste the caption/hashtags I “saved” to use for my next scheduled post. Ridiculous to say the least. I literally thought all the mess ups with this app were over. The day of (today) comes where my first scheduled post is to be posted by now and IT DOESNT WORK. The post is still not on my IG, and to make matters worse it disappeared from my scheduled posts into the “history” as if it did post. So I go to the “faqs” to see if maybe I did something wrong but of course the app keeps closing/shutting down as soon as I press the search button on the faqs screen. Needless to say, the app developers OBVIOUSLY bought their number one spot on google /best IG scheduler apps ranking because this app should be ranked the lowest of the low. I will be deleting the app expeditiously. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

I used this app for a year with Pro features, and minor hiccups aside, I seriously loved that I could schedule a week of posts and forget about it. My renewal came up, they took my $84 and change, and suddenly my pro features don’t work. I’ve attempted contact through the app and directly with their IG account and NO ONE has messaged me back. “Restore Purchases” in the app has no effect. I’m honestly done. Definitely NOT worth $84 for a year of pro features.

Just downloaded IOS14 from apple. It won’t allow me to sign in to use Bettr and just crashes. Please update so I can use. Thank you!

Since the new update the app won’t open at all. I’ve emailed supper twice and I’ve gotten no response. I buy a 6month subscription but I won’t be renewing it unless it get a partial refund. It’s too expensive to not be working for an extended period of time. The least the developers can do is reply to one of my many emails.

I tried to use this for the first time but it says an unexpected error, that I send an email about it. having some problems with the app, I tried login to the app called bettr because I was supposed to do a instgram planner, and the schedule but it says "Unexpected Error" I tried to restart the app again but it kept saying "error unexpected" but I logged in but it I had to restart the app again four days in row. I wanted to ask you a question. Can you all fix the app, you know so I can restart post an Instagram planner and schedule again, so I can automatically post it. I would appreciate it if you all tried to fix it because of an error. I used this app but it helps me plan my schedule better than the app Later and Plann app. Once I delete the app, then reinstall the app soon. Thanks for your help!
