Can’t Log In

Log in hasn’t worked in weeks and can’t reach anyone to fix it.

Don’t know my login and the forgot password option doesn’t work. Have emailed multiple times to cancel account and the automated response is to contact support via the app. Can’t do that because again, don’t have my password. Had to change my card info because there’s no other way to stop being charged. Don’t do it.

This app was working great until I changed phones. Now it doesn’t to post at all. The app keeps crashing now

This app used to be good. Now it doesn’t post ANYTHING, especially if you’re trying to schedule multiple pictures for one post (carousel). Do not waste money on this app. I’m very disappointed, it used to work fine but I don’t know what the developers are doing.... Disappointment !


Typically replies within "one"minute...

6 weeks later, still NO reply. I usually do not leave reviews, however it bothers me that I bought the app used it for a 2-3days to schedule upload a banner and haven't used it since. It did work when I used it ON MOBILE, NOT BROWSER/DESKTOP. Now a few months later that I want to use it and use it on a desktop so I can use media off of my computer upon scanning the QR code to connect the phone it says QR code expired please try again. I did a dozen times even a different browser but won't work. Upon reaching out to live chat within the app, it says on top "typically replies within 1 minute" don't be fooled they don't. It's a permanent message but there's no reply so don't expect one. UPDATE: I also emailed them Apr.9, their automated email reply is to chat with them in the app. Where they don't reply ?‍♂️ FAIL. Sorry Bettr team I guess you just missed an extra "e" to actually be BetteR ;)


Crooks!!!

I started using this app paying the $10 per month fee. It didn’t do what I wanted so I canceled my subscription almost a year ago and they are continuing to charge me $10 and $54 a month. I don’t even know why the $54! I have attempted to contact them 3 times now and they have refused to get back to me but are still charging me! Don't use this app. They are crooks!!

The app does what it’s supposed to do, most of the time. Will occasionally post your posts late, also I submitted a message to support, never got a response and forgot about it. Went to send another message to support, and I realized almost a year later, I was having the same issue and I never heard from them.


Customer Service is non-existant

I upgraded my plan and the post limit has still not gone away. I messaged the customer service team on the app, via email and Instagram and have had no response. Customer service non-existant!!!

Customer support can take a while but they really do help and make sure everything is ok. It's my favorite app for all my social media. Definitely would recommend.
