Great app, Poor response time to questions

Great app when it works. It’s crashing or full of glitches which seems like every other day. It hasn’t been reliable at all lately. I’m about ready to cancel. Also, the response time still needs some work. Half the time it’s great and other half it’s horrible.

Just downloaded it to give it a try. It forces you to subscribe but c’mon why? But I did anyways. The scheduled post failed TWICE for no reason. No notifications to inform you to post manually while the app crashes and failed to do so. No way to find out if the best time to post is really “the best time”. I guess WE are better without this app.

I had this app once before and it worked great. Now it is horrible. I cannot purchase Pro because I am being told I have to “contact us to upgrade account.” I have contacted them through the “message us” button 3 times and no response from anyone. After a week of waiting, I have found another app that actually works as described. It’s a shame since I really enjoyed this app last time I was a pro member.

All of their information on the website and app is misleading. Everything works perfect during the trial period, once it takes your money, EVERYTHING starts failing. You'll have to sign in and verify your account for every post, defeatimg the entire purpose of this app. Customer support? None. Filling a claim with my credit card so I can get my money back.
Horrible Customer Service

I contacted them 6 months ago the cancel my membership and I just got charged again for it. Turns out I have to also cancel it on my end. I’ve been trying to contact them since Oct. 28 and I just keep getting ignored. By email they respond that i have to contact them by chat on the app and on the app they never respond. Do not get this app

This app was working great the suddenly stopped. When I tried to contact their support line no one responded. I’ve left over 12 messages and sent emails with no reply and the app still doesn’t work.
App Doesn’t Work

I have been utilizing bettr for a while now. It was working fine until this weekend when it stopped. I have emailed and massaged the support team and I haven’t received a response. It seems that they don’t really care about the customers. Therefore I am moving to a different scheduling platform. If you want no customer service, and a limited range app, then sign up. But if you are in need of assistance, and want a working app, this application is not going to help you.
