I have been trying to contact support. I’ve lost my grids twice, and I was willing to give it another chance but once again it crashes and I can’t do anything about. I give up

But the app doesn’t work it won’t let me log into account any of my Instagram accounts and I paid for the subscription. How can I fix this

I downloaded this app and cancelled before the free trial. I have been charged over $200 throughout 2 years for an app I don’t have. There is no way to unsubscribe. Customer service also doesn’t seem to exist, they never answer or return e-mails.

Am very disappointed to be writing such a bad review of Bettr as I’ve always recommended the app to others. I was paying for Pro for a long time (back when the monthly rate was a little lower) I had access to best times, first comments, etc etc) All of a sudden, my features got shut down and I am only being allowed to pay the current rate despite never cancelling before. I reached out via email to support twice already and never got a response. Now I’m a social media manager and it looks like I’ll be taking my business to another scheduling app instead.

It was good, then bad, then really bad.

I’ve been using bettr for a few years and loved the app. But at the beginning of the year, the app crashed constantly and I could never get a scheduled post to actually go through. I ended up paying for the premium membership ($53 for 6 months), in hopes that the membership would allow the app to function properly. Long story short, it was a complete scam because the app STILL did not work. I’ve tried to contact bettr in the past to try and see what was going on, but no response. I would like someone from Bettr to contact me and give me a refund, because their app hasn’t worked since the beginning of 2020. Very frustrating and disappointed with the service of this company.

I’ve been using this app for months now, and up to this point it’s been perfect. Everything I’ve wanted in an app like this. But I’ve been trying to reach support for NEARLY A YEAR only to be given a canned robo response about being out of the office. This app should be deleted off the App Store for fraud. I would give this 0 stars if it was possible. A total scam and a ripoff.

I paid for a monthly subscription a year ago and used Bettr to schedule my IG stories. Since 2 weeks ago I cannot schedule any new stories. Even though I sent screenshots showing my iTunes subscription is still charging me for this app, I’m getting the same canned response from their AWFUL support: “Hey we are currently out of the office for the Thanksgiving Holiday! We will be back in the office Monday morning to assist you! Business hours 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday.” It is currently August 4th. I sent messages on Monday, Friday, and the next Monday and got the same reply. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME WITH THIS BUSTED APP! ?

i really wish i could give this app a good review because it’s a great idea in theory; however, i’m not going to because it’s a scam. do not give this company your password. as soon as i did it told me it didn’t work, so i tried again. after several trials, i gave up. luckily i checked my email which notified me that after each trial some random phone tried to log into my account. this app steals your information to hack into your account and should be taken down immediately. do not download.
