This app is awesome! I can schedule posts from my laptop or iPhone! Another feature I appreciate is the ability to save hashtags. It makes my life so much easier.

I've been working on social media for a few months, but I'm still a bit old-school and prefer to schedule posts using my desktop computer. Bettr runs amazingly using the web or via smartphone! :)

Bought his app a couple of months ago and now it starts to crash every time I try to open it up. I’m trying to cancel my monthly subscription on this.

I initially downloaded the app to use for a client. There were glitches and I didn’t like the interface, so I unsubscribed and deleted the app. They’ve continued to charge me for 8 months. E I G H T M O N T H S. Good luck getting in touch with their customer service - they’re basically nonexistent. I ended up getting a response from the CEO, James Knaus, after stumbling upon his email address, who was dismissive and made false promises (still haven’t received a refund AND they’re continuing to charge me). All in all, the experience with this app has been infuriating and pointless. UPDATE: After canceling my debit card with my bank, I was just charged $5.00 by Bettr Pro. Like......unbelievable. I don’t understand why Apple showcases them.

Same experience as reviewer before. After cancelling they continued to charge me for months. I’m at the 7th month’s of them pulling money out of my bank account without authorization and still going. They won’t respond to emails, support requests. Unless you’re ok with not being able to cancel the subscription, do not sign up. I will file a complaint with Apple as well.
