Horrible Customer Service – Bettr Review
I contacted them 6 months ago the cancel my membership and I just got charged again for it. Turns out I have to also cancel it on my end. I’ve been trying to contact them since Oct. 28 and I just keep getting ignored. By email they respond that i have to contact them by chat on the app and on the app they never respond. Do not get this app
