Terrible Support – Bettr Review
Am very disappointed to be writing such a bad review of Bettr as I’ve always recommended the app to others.
I was paying for Pro for a long time (back when the monthly rate was a little lower) I had access to best times, first comments, etc etc)
All of a sudden, my features got shut down and I am only being allowed to pay the current rate despite never cancelling before.
I reached out via email to support twice already and never got a response. Now I’m a social media manager and it looks like I’ll be taking my business to another scheduling app instead.
