Don’t use this app

This app was so great but within the last year it’s completely gone to crap. I keep getting an error message when I opened the app and i reinstalled it an everything but the message kept coming up. I had a subscription for it through Apple and cancelled it because what’s the point of having a subscription if you can’t use the app? Bettr decided to keep charging me and it’s been two weeks since I’ve sent an email to them and I’ve not heard anything. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Don’t get this it’s a waste of time and no one will respond to you. Now I have to go through my bank to get it cancelled :/.

There are many other options to use instead, this company does not communicate. Cancelled subscription and was not given refund. Do not use.

I’ve been using this app for years now and at first it was great. Now it has too many bug issues that I guess they won’t fix. It’s constantly logging me out of my account, and the scheduled posts get deleted. I deleted it, and went a couple of months without it and decided to give it another try. Now its worse than before. Hopefully they fix the bugs.

I have used this app for almost a year for my business, but lately i can’t get it to work properly and NO ONE will respond to me when i reach out. The app keeps telling me that i don’t have a valid card on file nor do i have a subscription for the services. I CLEARLY do have it and on a valid card. Even when things were scheduling perfectly the app would still tell me i had an invalid card when i opened it. Now it’s charging me monthly but i don’t have access to ANY pro tools. When i try to delete the subscription and put it back my PHONE recognizes that I’m signed up. But, the app does not. It’s getting VERY frustrating and I’m kind of done with being ignored. I’m in the process of finding a different app to use all together. Save yourself the headache.

How long for someone to answer my concern ?? They bearly answer back App keeps on crashing every week. The app has days it hasnt been working and no one answer my customer service request messages. I have had this app for years. When it works it works BUT half of the time there are issues. Customer service bearly exists and NOW most of the posts arent posting and its just saying download PRO which Im actually paying for.
