I went into an att retail store to change my information from my broken phone to my new on. The person who swapped my SIM card for me told me there was nothing he could do to erase my personal information since the phone would not come on. I was not comfortable with sending my old phone back so I decided to use my pro tech app. I chatted with Jodi and was walked through what was very simple and he/she stayed on the line while I erased it. Very pleasant and very helpful.

I wasn’t entirely certain about having to pay for yet another service that I wasn’t going to use... I have never been more excited and overjoyed to be wrong! I’ve used this service three times now and it has more than paid for itself in time savings and knowledge gained (it’s a little more hands on than over the phone) Everyone has been super knowledgeable, super helpful, super nice, and just plain SUPER!!! No hard to understand accents,(I apologize-no offense but some reps are hard to understand over the phone) no ridiculous wait times on hold, no dropped calls. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SERVICE /APP combo. 5 stars! Two thumbs up! Hip hip hooray! Thank you

So I ask the pro tech person how to get to Sire without the home button on my iPhone 10 and he said just push down in that general area lol

This app is perfect for those who just need quick solutions to issues. The responses are quick and you can do it without having to wait on hold and having to go through the whole process of verifying account info when all you need is a simple solution.

I have had a cracked screen and been locked out of my email. They had easy set up to schedule an expert to come to you to fix your phone and worked with me while I was at work to assist with getting back into my emails. No calling and waiting on hold for the next agent. They chat with you and stay with you until the issue is resolved. Can’t get much better than that!
