Nice Scam

Got their update on my iphone6, then got notifications that my battery needed serviced. I had one payment left and my $650 iphone6 would paid off, looking forward to a cheaper bill, being paid off. I was told by Apple and AT&T that instead of a $79 battery, they would send me another iphone6, (refurbished I’m sure) and I had to send mine back to them (headache) I had to do a claim, that cost me $112. And now I’m hearing they offer a new battery for $29 and would solve all the issues?? They knew all along what they were doing! I believe you owe me a $83 Credit.

So I got this app yesterday as part of the multi device protection plan. The tech guy tried to set it up with me, but they couldn’t get the six digit activation number to me for some reason. He said try again tomorrow. I try today and I get a message saying service is temporarily unavailable and to try again later. Hahaha lol. This is a funny app indeed. Maybe their tech people should hire a help desk to help themselves.

Quite simply, this app tells me “service is temporarily unavailable.” It’s been 3+ months, that’s not very temporary.
Question answered fairly quickly.

So although it is different for someone who’s been set in their ways to try and chat on an app, it turned out how are you been a quicker solution then me having to call in or go into the store at AT&T. So for that, I gave it a thumbs up! Of course, voice recognition speed things up a lot faster than my typing!
