Great help through the chat option

So far I've used the app twice and each time I have had great assistance through the chat option. But I have also been asking common sense questions. My mind doesn't always work out what I need to search for, so the chat option is great for me.

I don’t know what you mean, Most of them was helpful. The last person I talk to she was very helpful and I did not have to go through 8 people, Like did 3 days to get something done.
