My experience with AT&T ProTech today was entirely different than my last season. The young man who help me stayed with me until he had someone from the engineer department confirm the problem would be fixed by tomorrow. The tech said he would call me back by the end of the day to follow up and someone from his team would call me in the morning to let me know when engineering would have the problem corrected.
Backup to my replacement cell phone.

Bruce had been great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had been having issues with backup and iTunes. And back up to my new cell phone. He was patience with me and my all thumbs.
