Hallelujah! AT&T just nailed customer service!!! – AT&T ProTech Review

I wasn’t entirely certain about having to pay for yet another service that I wasn’t going to use... I have never been more excited and overjoyed to be wrong! I’ve used this service three times now and it has more than paid for itself in time savings and knowledge gained (it’s a little more hands on than over the phone) Everyone has been super knowledgeable, super helpful, super nice, and just plain SUPER!!! No hard to understand accents,(I apologize-no offense but some reps are hard to understand over the phone) no ridiculous wait times on hold, no dropped calls. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS SERVICE /APP combo. 5 stars! Two thumbs up! Hip hip hooray! Thank you
