The use of this app is so easy and I find it better than calling the actual 800 customer service phone number and having to wait a long time for my call to be answered by an associate! All of the techs who have answers my chat have been professional, courteous and do their best to answer my questions in a clear easy to understand manner.

My first time using the I was not to sure how this works after I submitted my questions the tec jumped right in and was a great help I gave this app 5 stars good job.
Worst service ever.

I lost my I pad. And file a claim. The day I file claim I start to communicate with them every day 30 to 45 minit. To get the update. I did two weeks still I don’t get my I pad. At&t should find other agents to deal with insurance.

As a retired adult who worked in a branch of communication for most of my work years I find the need to communicate arcane interests and this chat room provided by ATT pro tech solves most of my issues. Kudus to you folk. Mister RawEgg
