Great customer service – AT&T ProTech Review

I went into an att retail store to change my information from my broken phone to my new on. The person who swapped my SIM card for me told me there was nothing he could do to erase my personal information since the phone would not come on. I was not comfortable with sending my old phone back so I decided to use my pro tech app. I chatted with Jodi and was walked through what was very simple and he/she stayed on the line while I erased it. Very pleasant and very helpful.
