There are reviews here that are obviously written by AT&T employees. One reviewer named DR DGK said he hasnt used the app long but he highly recommends it. What a lie. Another reviewer named Naduray said he loves the app. Obviously, an AT&T employee.

I’ve tried setting up this app for a month and it doesn’t work. Same error message all the time.

Had some issues with the Photo Storage app and I used the ProTech and it was solved very quickly by Brandon!

Outstanding individual! Tech was an unbelievable rep! Tech walked me step by step and also introduced me to the AT&T ProTech site and assisted me with loading the ProTech app AND explained it to me........Give this guy a raise then give him a promotion.
