How do you update an app and still keep outdated screenshots? The app needs a total redesign

Why even release updates?

BRlANV

You’re latest update is VERY LOUSY with only new information on WiFi calling. Is it really that hard to give this app a modern look and faster response and more useful tips? #dumpatt

Locked up iPhone X

Cshalda

Just upgraded to latest version, opened on my iPhone X and noticed that all of my buttons were locked up (couldn’t even turn off my phone). I couldn’t even swipe up to exit the app. So, I tried to leave feedback in the app itself, but when I tapped the text field, the keyboard was blank and then the app completely locked up and was unresponsive. Had to hold down power and volume down to hard reboot my phone.

Time machine to 2009!

FM_M

Look, I love that this app exists; I’ve reported network problems and gotten resolutions days later. But good lord, the UI is unchanged since 2009. You’ve updated the tips and optimization suggestions? Are you kidding me??? The screenshots in the Tips/Optimize show controls that don’t exist anymore, the advice is to use 3G if you have a device that supports it (that tells you how old this is, right??), the screens don’t seem to be updated for iPhone 6 much less iPhone X or any of the Plus’s. Scrolling content goes under headers and footers and re-appears past them. This is amateur hour, and likely because it was first developed not using the proper tools, and now it can’t be easily updated. Use Swift, gang. Do it right. And seriously, if you’re a bunch of engineers, we love you and the work you do for our devices and network access, but hire a designer and listen to them please!!

No change in service reliability

Nooneuneed2know

I have submitted several requests regarding no service indoors in Walmart and surrounding stores, but they haven't been addressed for at least 2 years. Still no service in the area. I have given up on submitting new requests.

POOR NETWOK THIS APP HELPS NONE

Twiggiewoodhd

One other customer states you can make several reports a day thousands of reports trouble tickets a month for your area surrounding areas with no improvement from AT&T - as the other review stated how does AT&T or T-Mobile coverage go from three and four bars one and no service service AT&T has went from good bad in just a few simple months quality is 1/2 it use to be A customer for over 15 years had to leave AT&T finally a few years ago coverage has been four cents just resorted and went with Verizon wireless after many years of struggling waiting for coverage to improve with no results we finally switched to Verizon we have full-service all bars inside outside our phones actually work recommend carrier change If you’re not getting coverage try the CDMA network try Verizon try sprint that LTE frequency travels better further stronger longer don’t let a 1% difference screw you in the pocketbooks or with reliability Apple Valley California POOR NETWOK THIS APP HELPS NONE

Nothing ever happens. Want to run a diagnostic ??

Awesome app!

Eric Mask

I thought maybe this was merely an app to appease customers, but several months later after sending in a request for an area that has always had bad reception, the request (there were numerous for this location) was corrected and now there is better reliable service. The app even responded letting me know they had a resolution and asked for a response if service was better, same, or worse! Great job AT&T!
