Needs major redesig

“MyAT&T” app was updated but they won’t update this app, that’s how you know they don’t follow up with whatever reports you do

Should have negative stars

Using this app is less than useless: it consumes time that could be used switching from att to a company that actually gives a #*!} about customers or quality of service. My news updates are 1-2 years old, there has never been one single improvement as a result of any report submitted.

Just marketing…

AT&T made this app back around 2009. I used to work at the Apple Store when AT&T was the only carrier that had the iPhone. Their 3G network was overloaded and couldn’t handle the high data use of all the new iPhones on the network. AT&T made the Mark the Spot app to placate all the disgruntled customers by letting them vent their frustrations through this app rather than bombarding customer service with their complaints.

App doesn’t work on iPad Pro

App crashes when trying to submit information

Never improvement

Like most others here AT&T never make any improvements to location submitted. I know, I’d submitted several locations since this app was made available and change has never resulted. Just another empty feel good app.

Works...mostly

I’ve been using this app for several years, but it appears they’ve basically abandoned this over the course of 2017. No updates for a year, and no more indications of whether they still encourage people to use this app to report issues. It was good when they were, I know I got reports back when outages or slow service were fixed.

Abandonware by AT&T

This app looks like CEO Stephen Randall designed it himself. As for usefulness, nobody is listening to the feedback you input into the app.

Not sure what the point is anymore

In its original days, this app was extremely useful. The network news was actually up to date and someone would respond to the mark the spot requests. The app hasn’t been updated in over a year, and I’m not certain anyone actually checks all the network feedback anymore. Also the network news hasn’t been updated in a couple years..... not sure why AT&T stopped updating and using this app, it was very useful.

No response or improvement

Someone had a great idea to create this app and let us notify AT&T where they needed improved coverage. However it fell on deaf ears and the company itself never was designed to deal with the submissions. No updates. No new news. They should take it out of the App Store because nobody at AT&T looks at data or responds. Their own store has terrible coverage and they installed inside micro cells to make it look like they have excellent coverage
