:(

ChickyRenee

This app is a joke, as is Att now to. Their service has gotten worse and worse and they blame everything else except there towers (because they are working perfectly). Use this app they say, it helps but it’s just there polite way of saying don’t call us instead use this app because we know our service is crap. They never do anything even when you use this app. Service has been bad inside and outside.

Useless app

Uhhnet

It pretty much falls on deaf ears. Probably just a data collection app.

Data not used

skottles

AT&T does not address the bad coverage areas. Several years nothing has changed. What are they doing with this data?

Needs iPhone X update,Poor Signal Selection

Libertyforall

STILL needs iPhone X update! Has black bars at top & bottom of screen! ? Needs Poor Signal Selection, I have no proper category to select a location I used to get 4 bars reliably, and now way less! As part of what this app does it should do a speed test check and show the end-user as well. One thing you may not be aware of is that when you call AT&T they can see the last few mark the spots typically within the last month or so, so use these along with your phone call to customer service and keep following up and submit mark the spots daily for problem areas and keep calling them on a weekly or monthly basis.
