Bull Crap!

Just for show! Att never has even responded to one of our cry’s for help in 7 1/2yrs. We have terrible service. They do nothing but take our money every month. Blood suckers! They don’t even deserve 1star for effort because they have not give any effort to provide internet or good cell service to us in Delacy point!

Concept good

EliciaL

I’ve lived in an area for over Five years that had horrible ATT service when I moved here. So I used this app for years but it never mattered. Verizon is the phone service that works here and I’ve accepted it but the concept to this app is awesome!

AT&T shows how little it cares about its customers

ac555

This app is a piece of garbage. Clunky, buggy, slow and out of date. But what can you expect from a company that has no interest in satisfying its customers?

Worthless, much like everything else about AT&T

Mattaui

Ancient app that hasn't seen an update in a year and always responds the same way no matter what or where or when you use it. No doubt they have this here to give their sweatshop labor technical support somewhere to send customers.

Frustrating - AT&T Doesn’t Care - Midtown Atlanta

UGA in ATL

It’s frustrating when you take the time to continually report areas with long term issues and the app just always says there is an issue in the area. I’ve called after getting that message and had reps tell me they could see a couple issues on the map but they were a good ways away from where I was reporting the issue and didn’t see how there could be an impact. The neglect the developer has shown for the visual appearance of the app mimics the attention AT&T pays to customer submissions. Not to mention that AT&T mobility is based very near to Midtown Atlanta and has weak coverage and network performance in many parts of the area (especially 10th and Piedmont).

placebo

This app does nothing but placate you for a bit while AT&T ignores you. I submitted my block in my neighborhood once a month for 4 years and if anything my service here is worse. 0 stars.

AT&T service is terrible anymore

Driller join

AT&T service at one time was great. Well I believe they are going to sell out to someone because they are looking at their bottom line. The best thing that we as consumers can do is go to another network. Customer support will tell you that they are making upgrades and everything should be better than before. I'm not sure how long I have been told that and still waiting for service to be as good as it was two years ago.

Feel good app

Jehosaphat

An app for venting. They don’t actually improve service.

Fake. Im calling BS

Alfons L C

This app isnt updated and doesnt report issues. Its not monitored and nobody cares. Its there so you “think” they want to help and stop calling with problems. LOL AT&T not working ? The app to report it doesnt work either. I cant believe such a rich company can function this poorly.

No Change

Very Hungry

As others have noted, my signal strength in general has gone from good to terrible. I have spoken with ATT several times, done several diagnostics, went to an Apple store and did a reset back to factory settings as they are when the phone is new out of the box and nothing has helped. I can be close to an ATT tower, walk into a business and then get no service. At times I will have two bars and try to do a search and I’m told “ no internet connection”. Getting voice messages one or two days after they are left and often times receive the same text message from a person two or three times. I’ve spent several hours over the past three weeks trying to identify the problem and try different courses of action and nothing has improved the service. Apple says it’s my service, ATT blames the phone. The tree hours I spent in the Apple store, “no service”. After MANY years with ATT I have decided to switch carriers.
