Can’t complete a call in SF Bay Area

Bloghhard

I have to agree with the review of the above (or will it be below my review, I don’t know) poster. My parents live in the country 10 miles outside of town in the middle of the country (i.e. low population) and they get 3 to 5 “bars” or “dots” of reception. I live in the metropolitan SF Bay Area with a population in the millions and I get 0 to 2 bars of reception and my calls keep dropping or not even going through. I’ve only stayed with Always Trashy Telephone service because my family was on it. I guess it’s time to get them to switch to a real phone company.

Absolute Waste of Time

Report all you want. Literally nothing changes. Just random dead zone in Manhattan and AT&T does nothing to fix it. I doubt they even have anyone checking these reports. This app just exists for AT&T to pretend they’re trying to improve.

Just crashes on iPad

Just crashes on iPad. It’s not actually iPad compatible regardless of what they say. It’s a phone app

Service decreasing daily

Mecmacradtech

I have been a loyal AT&T customer for 20+ years. I travel 20 miles to work everyday and over the last couple of years my cell service on my work journey has steadily gotten worse. Over the last few months my service at home has went to nothing. My family and friends and I have more dropped calls a day than we do dialed calls. Living in a rural area we don’t have many options. It’s 2018 AT&T, get it together and get our service where it should be!

No change

Multiple submissions for months and never results in changes. I’ll prolly be switching networks

Useless app

Jablonski283

I have marked my area with poor data speed for months. The app says we know there is a technical problem in your area. When I called att customer service they said they have nothing showing of problems here. When I told them your app says different, they said oh a tower 15 miles from you is having some minor issues. If I wasn’t getting such a good price with having wireless and directv with att, I would go to Verizon in a heartbeat.

Worthless app

After months of having no issues with service, on 6/4 (coincidentally the day my plan changed) I went from having consistent 4G coverage to barely one (at most 2) bars at home and frequently no coverage while driving. No GPS and no way to call for help. I contacted AT&T several times and finally reached out to neighbors to see if they too were having the same issue. They were... it was recommended to download this app. However, EVERY single time I have tried to report an issue or submit a diagnostic report AT&T has been unable to find my location or I don’t have service to send the information to them. If you are unable to mark the spot where you don’t have coverage and you are at home are you supposed to drive down the street till you find coverage to tell them you didn’t have coverage? Will be changing service providers. This is ridiculous. AT&T is already one of the most expensive providers and I would expect to have enough coverage to make an emergency call from home.

Doesn’t accept zip codes starting on 0

hffgfbh

“Your areas of interest “ allows you to enter a zip code to get updates on, unless you have a zip code starting with 0 in which case you get a not enough digits error. Tapping on app support in App Store takes me to a generic AT&T site.

Useless

App hasn’t worked on my iPad Air in months. I’ve tried reinstalling it, restarting. This app is useless on an iPad, but it does work on my iPhone 7 for some reason.

Why even release updates?

BRlANV

You’re latest update is VERY LOUSY with only new information on WiFi calling. It took you guys a year just to release that? Is it really that hard to give this app a modern look and faster response and more useful tips?
