Just stopped working out of nowhere. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and still just doesn’t work.

Issues with reliable connectivity, accessing closed caption, and responsive touchscreen. There is little indication that the developer will improve this app. Avoid the frustration and choose an alternative remote or try something other than Apple TV.

Apple needs to add a volume control on the app. I get it you want to have a reason why people need to buy a remote replacement but still. Since Apple is going all streaming service step your game up and add volume control to the app.
Not worth the headache

This app never seems to work! It’s always glitchy and then more often unresponsive. I will close out the app and try to restart, only to see that I am now disconnected from the apple TV when reopening the app. When I try to connect, it gives me an error message telling me that I need to be on the save server. Well guess what? I am on the same server and still no luck. Apple, are you even reading these comments? As a master of tech you should have found a fix for this months ago. Seriously losing all faith in your products!

It can’t even find it. Says it needs to be on the same WiFi.. well it is. Apple TV I’d older, but so? Sick of apple updating and making older products unworkable. Why would I buy another? When I can count on this happening next year too?
