I have two Apple TV’s and the app on my iPhone can never find the devices. Both devices and my phone are on the same wi-Fi network.

This is a hand app when typing in login info. It usually works 99.9 percent of the time.

my phone and tv are on the same wifi but don’t connect it’s really frustrating when you lose the tiny tiny tiny remote they give you and your other option they provide doesn’t work either

Complete garbage. It won’t allow me to utilize the keyboard feature. Also, the connection is intermittent.

of all the times i’ve tried to set it up, it has not worked. there was only one time that it worked and after a few days it stopped again. it keeps saying im not on the same wifi or something but i’ve checked and i am. please fix these bugs it does not work on my fathers phone either. thank u

Just trash considering how much $$$ this company is worth and how much they charge for all of their products. Get one on those teenage “genius’” right on this so they can tell us how they don’t know anything. Make it work. It’s amazing how many supposedly intelligent people screw up just about everything they do. Zero stars if it were possible. Fix it or let the company fold. Just make it work whenever it is being used. None of your problems are the internet. It’s just you. Fix it you stupid nerds and take a huge pay cut for extremely poor work.

I’m grateful that this lets me control my Apple TV when I forget the remote, but why oh why do I have to swipe instead of just pressing buttons for moving. And you can’t hold a swipe either, which is essential for fast navigation on the Apple TV. Please just make then movement interface buttons. Also the typing feature does not work. Garbage app, just goes to show that Apple won’t work on something that’s free.
