Worst app ever, literally. It does not work. Every button I click tells me to just call them....why even have an app? Why am I paying so much a month for them to not have this accessable to everyone...don't even have an app then and just take our money, like insurance companies do. Hate it.

Awful App/Website

The app rarely works always show a screen to call customer service. The website site is just as bad. All these people that buy insurance through your company deserve a functioning app and website especially with the amount of money that is brought in annually and profits earned. Sad sad at least they could make getting information a smooth process. Fix the glitches!

So this app is interesting. It doesn’t fully support iPhone X which you can tell from the black bars. But it does do FaceID, which is odd. Additionally I’ve seen some graphical glitches when scrolling on the card screen. It suffers from the top navigation bar still leaving empty space above it so you can see content scroll past the top empty space. It seems like you have enough real iPhone X to test FaceID. But you don’t need a physical device to fix the glitchy UI.

The worst app on my phone

This app has BY FAR the worst UI of all 206 apps currently on my phone. The designers just completely threw out all mobile UI paradigms of the last decade, making it totally obnoxious to navigate this app. And for what? Worse yet, every single action has a full screen spinner for no apparent reason. If your app menus are SO slow that every transitions needs a loading animation You Are Doing It Wrong. Also, all of the links in the “About App” section are broken. Nice!

Waste of an app!

May be good for finding care when you’re out of town, but no access to your account info for progress toward deductibles, HSA accounts or anything else that would be useful to know. A waste of space on my screen

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This app never works and when I called, the “IT guy couldn’t help”. Why have an app that never works?

This app is useless. You can’t access any important information- plan/policy, amount of deductible used, claims, benefits, coverage, etc... To me you should not have an app if you can’t provide minimal information. It has been like this for years with no improvements. Not even with a one star rating. Oh and when you call for customer support when you can’t find what you need on the app, the people answering the phone can’t help because they can’t access your account because they can only access national accounts, but yet that is the phone number that comes up when you google anthem customer service. They told me I need info off my card, but I can’t get my card because it’s in the app that doesn’t open. Awesome customer service- not! Don’t waste your time.

Almost nothing works in this app. The best feature is the insurance card and that is the ONLY thing that works.

This app is bad

May be the worst business app I’ve seen. Nothing seems to work. Repeatedly putting in simple things like phone number for text notification is broken. Won’t send validation message. Can’t view key information even if I’m lucky enough to get “in”. Get some help.

Doesn’t work very often

Was hoping to leave the ID card at home and search for doctors from the app but unfortunately it works so poorly it’s not worth the effort.
