I can’t even find a care and cost provider, there’s no outline of my plan details...this app is pretty pointless. Fix it up and I’ll re-download and give it a better rating.

4/6/18 - just got off the phone with tech support. Guess what...if you pay for one of their Medicare plans, you can’t use their apps. REALLY??? Why don’t you do folks a favor and just say that in your app description. A simple sentence would have saved me hours. HOWEVER, the tech never addressed the issue that I couldn’t even try to sign in. Once you get that bug fixed, you could just give a message that Medicare enrollees aren’t worth your time! This piece of garbage won’t even get past the login :( All I get is that ‘working on something’ indicator...spinning round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round and round Here’s an idea...FIX IT!!!!!

All app does is says welcome and has a help option as well as a find a doctor. Literally does nothing it says it does. Cannot see my claims, I’d card, or anything else.

The latest update (April 17, 2018) finally added Face ID. That is much appreciated since I had stopped using the app when forced to type in my unique and randomly generated strong password. So I added one star to my rating. But the app still does not utilize the full iPhone X screen. I believe it is the only app of the hundred or so I have that does FaceID, but not the full screen of iPhone X. I did add one star. But still needs improvement. As for functionality, the shortcomings have been well documented in other reviews listed herein.

Nice idea for an app ... but NOTHING functions. Every option I select I get an error message “we’re working on it”. Basically, this app is useless. Too bad it doesn’t work.
