I was on the phone with Anthem for almost an hour and got transferred FIVE times before a representative wrote a trouble ticket. I was unable to do anything with the app past logging in. I just hope when it comes to my benefits that they don’t screw anything up.

I am quite adept technologically and so thought this app would fall in line with most that are user friendly. Far from it.For two months I have tried to add extra information to my app and it will not take it. Makes me want to cancel the insurance which he has not started yet and find a company with a worthwhile app
App looks pretty but is suuupppeeeeerrrr slow

I tried to use this app’s care finder feature and it has a big glitch! This app is terrible and a total waste of time.

I was really hoping that a big organization such as Anthem would invest in a useful and functioning app especially for those on the go and younger clients but I was completely wrong. I am sorry to say that this app is shameful. They need to learn from Kaiser. That app, although not perfect by any means, is one hundred percent better than this!

Can’t login, just prompted with a request to call their 800 number. Can’t find a doctor, see coverage...nothing.

Every time I try Logging in it gives me a pop up I’ve tried plenty of times and when it finally lets me login it kicks me out

What’s the point. And it prompted me to call the helping center which is not in service during weekends.
Because it used to work, I give it one star
