DOES NOT WORK

This app does not work, you cannot Find a doctor or find care. It only gives an error message. Worst of all, I’ve been talking with their “customer service” since February and they still have not done anything to fix it.

I ignored the bad reviews and downloaded it. It crashed immediately after opening. I have never had this experience before! Delete/re-install/reboot - same story.
Cannot access anything!

I down loaded the app, but everything says you cannot access this from here! When I tried to access my profile information, “sorry something went wrong” is the only message I got for the last 2 weeks. I called technical support. For 30 min they walked me through it, and said she can access the information, but that didn’t do me any good, since I couldn’t. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app. no change. Don’t waste your time!

So it is June 29th, and I was not very happy to see all the negative reviews. Then I noticed that an update was released a day ago, so I took a chance and downloaded. My experience was exact opposite of previous reviews. Seem less log in, all my family listed, with current claims and status. Balances all correct. The improvements on the update must have really made a difference. I would have offered 5 stars, but they only provide you a high level review of benefits. I was looking for granular details, of which they only provide a link to their website. Overall, a time saver and glad to have this information at my fingertips (especially as I am currently sitting in the ER room of an in-network Hospital)

Presumably this update includes change of the pharmacy affiliate. Every one of the click ends up with error message. Some commands went through but many didn’t. They need to update/fix this update very very soon.

The app is not working. Why update if you can’t work it? None of the information I need is available. Terrible job

Not sure why this app is rated so low, but I love how easy it is to use and navigate. I was able to immediately open and see everything I needed to see, and access my insurance cards with ease when I needed them. It does exactly as it should.
