Just gets worse and worse.... and worse yet again.

Is anybody at Anthem paying attention? The 3/30/19 app update did not fix the crashing on startup. And now the 7/2/19 update hasn't fixed it either. Newest update (12/19/18) did not fix the constant app crash on startup that began with the 11/2/18 update. The app had been working fine for several months prior to November (after several updates since 2017 finally fixed other issues. Customer service is useless. They give you a case number and you never hear back from them about progress or solutions.
Impossible to log in

Title says it all. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. No problem logging in from the computer (except the provider finder feature will not work on the computer, which is why I was trying to use the app).
Keeps logging you out

If I could give no stars I would. That ap is worse than the last one. If you can stay logged in long enough it Keeps giving message -we here to help please call us at xxx-xxx-xxxx.- purpose of logging on is to avoid calling. Do not recommend this to anyone. Absolutely the worst!

This app WOULD be a fantastic resource, except that it’s incredibly glitchy, and has very outdated/incorrect information.
Won’t accept password

I can access my account through my computer browser but the same login name and password won’t work in this app. Deleted the app, reinstalled it but same issue. And yes, I double, triple checked my spelling and letter case to make sure there was no typo. Used to work some time ago but not anymore. Ended up just deleting the app.

Just got it to find out if a doctor I want to see is in-network. The app closed randomly several times. It wouldn’t let me search any doctor - the link didn’t even react when I clicked on it. I just went to the internet browser to find out instead. Deleted the app - it’s useless and too buggy. Great idea, but it doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time unless they fix it.

Trying to find a new primary care physcian. They list doctors who are no longer accepting patients or are not family practice. From there the app is constantly going back to the home page. It’s rather annoying to scroll through 20+ doctors, then have the app essentially go back to its home page. Poorly designed and poorly executed like everything Anthem does. Why on earth they continue to give their CEO raises while they services go down hill is beyond my reasoning.

They have no issue taking your money to take in massive profits but can’t even produce an app that functions properly. Very sad.
